2/1/26: “If I Die in Minneapolis,” by Cousin Wolf
Cousin Wolf is the indie-folk music project of Matt Halvorson, a musician, writer and infielder living with his family in the woods north of Seattle. He is sharing a new song on the first of every month again this year, and his song for today is called “If I Die in Minneapolis.” The frontline of the fight against racism and fascist oppression is in Minnesota, of all places. We stand in solidarity with the people of Minnesota, and with all immigrants and all people struggling under a fat cat’s boot. As a piece of trivia, ETP in this song stands for Energy. Transfer Partners. I love you. Rise up.
