We will consider everyone regardless of experience, location, establishment, etc. Most of our artists come via word-of-mouth, and we each write, record and share a song each month as a podcast episode. Rise Up provides all the support we can, and your recordings can be of any quality. Just do your best, share your art as you make it and your process, whatever that looks like for you. But you’ll need to be fairly autonomous in being able to post to our website (with detailed instructions), record your own music and mix your own episodes. You can do it! Go for it! The shared accountability and the inspiration of the creativity of the group is a beautiful thing.
