4/8/26: “Outlier,” by Rebekah Luebkemann

Rebekah Luebkemann is a nurse, a poet and an animal-lover living in Bellingham, Wash. Her poem for April is a reflection on how even though she sometimes feels like she is too much for people, she knows that being true to herself matters more than fitting in, and that she can’t let others steal her joy, no matter how hard they try.
